Clarification of the topic • Topic is wide and not defined (many specific differences according to target groups, practices etc.) • Decided to prepare an inner questionnare methodology / example for EXPERTS about their training needs for a further (inner) training • Connected to a concrete topic (national context: forming a professional network) • Questions, methodology, indicators, and the form can be used for any other surveys in collecting and evaluating (training) needs for a further training methodology • Questions, indicators can be modified according to special aims of an institute / organisation

The national path to follow • Leading a moderated workshop conversation / questionnaire NOT ABOUT training in general, but about educational benefits of operating a professionalnetwork  getting a view of educational needs (informal, nonformal) • Venue, date, event: My Personal Theatre conference and workshop, Budapest, II. Rákóczi Ferenc Secondary School, 14. May 2012. Conference: • National experts’ presentations • Dissemination of 4T methods, topics and results • Questionnaires of Training needs among professional audience • Establishing a national network SEN workshop: • drama, dance, music, art workshops for peer collaboration: 2 students work with 1 SEN pupil during the workshops • Pre-workshop activities: getting to know each other • Emphasizing integration process ( SEN pupils) + emphaty ( peer students) (Conference on Saturday)

The questionnaire • HU / EN versions: www.mostart.org / 4T questionnaire • Results: clarification of missing training needs and missing supports of Hungarian experts (on different sort of fields) National SWOT analysis • Possible further step: filling the questionnaire in an international level – among the partnership (final report) • (Introducing questions)

Indiators to evaluate results • Process of evaluating results: • Evaluating the answers according to the 4 main topic fields of the questionnaire • Also complex evaluation of 4 fields • Main fields: • Basic information • Financial resourcements • Professional work of institute / organisation • Individual competences, work • Complex evaluation • Contexts • Influencing factors • Gobal approach of visible needs

  7. V. Methodology for a focus discussion Questions and games to lead the focus discussions: I. Game-session I. Express your feelings with your face about the following thoughts: what did you think of forming a network before we have clarified the expression? How would you describe your financial appreciation? How would you describe your future perspective regarding your work? How would you describe your competences in your work? How would you describe your cooperation with your colleagues? ETC.

  8. V. Methodology for a focus discussion Questions and games to lead the focus discussions: II. Question-session • What do you think, what is a network? Ideas – cooperation, help to each other • How does it work? Global services of different kind of organisations • Who does what in a network? Distribution of tasks, role of different sort of organisations in one cooperation • What happens in a network? • Sharing information (via common communicational channels) • Counselling, help to each other • Sharing professional work (institutional management, PR, project management, artistic field, therapeutic process, ICT and website..) • Organising common events, conferences, art products • Common projects, proposals • Financial resourcements • What is it for?

  9. V. Methodology for a focus discussion Questions and games to lead the focus discussions: III. Game session II. Put one problem / conflict to a hat you can’t solve for years. I pull 5 papers, and I provide you ideas of how a network can solve these problems. IV. Concretization: Let’s prepare the strategy of our network. (building common communicational channels / presentation and brochure of My Personal Theatre / brochure of 4T and its international partners / brochure of national experts and organisations in the field / working out the topic of Training / evaluating questionnaire / preparing a web site / etc.) V. Filling out the questionnaire. Assuring further organisations and experts for collecting answers
