Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day and as the name suggests, breaks your body's overnight fasting state and kickstarts your metabolism for the dayTry not to skip meals as skipping meals slows down your metabolism and will make you so hungry that when it's time for your next meal, you'll probably wolf down whatever you can get your hands on.
