  2. Draft proposes: Framework to extend SR/RR packets • Minimal. Two fields only: type and length. Several extensions • Run length encoding (RLE) of losses • RLE of duplicates • List of timestamps • Detailed loss/duplicate/jitter stats

  3. Motivation: • RTCP report block limited to 6 stats • Add’l data valuable across applications e.g. MINC and MRM  Uniform extension format Issues: • How to handle large extensions? • Include all extensions? Some? Which? • SR/RR extensions or APP packets?
