  1. Welcome to the Pre Registration meeting for ASB Summer School 2011

SUMMER CAMP DETAILS • Dates: Session One: 6th - 10th June 2011 Session Two: 13th - 17th June 2011. • Time Summer School runs from 9:00 – 12:00 • Enrollment is open to EC3 through Grade 8 for both ASB and non ASB students. ASB students will be given first priority. • Cost: Rs. 7500.00 per week. • Registration opens 3:00 PM on Thursday 28th April

  3. Registration • Please print, complete, and submit registration form to Crecencio Gomes or Lemma Martin in the Activities Office during the hours of 7:30 to 3:30pm. • The cost of the week camp is Rs7500.00. • In the event that ASB has to cancel an activity because of low enrollment, we will refund your payment. • Fees are non refundable. • If a course is already full, we will inform when you drop off your registration and where possible give you an alternative.

  4. Logistics • Each student would be offered 3 activities on a given day for a week. • Each activity is scheduled for 50 minutes. • We would ensure a 10 minute break after each activity for snack and transition. • The ASB Kiosk will be open for the purchase of drinks and snacks ( Water, Gatorade, Fruits)

  5. Student Equipment • A water bottle will be required. • We would encourage parents to pack a snack for your child. • Students must be appropriately dressed for physical activities, athletic wear, sneakers and hat / sunscreen in case of outdoor activities. • We encourage a change of clothes be at hand for all students. • Students participating in swimming require a one piece swimsuit, goggles, towels, and for long hair a swim cap. • Students Participating in ZOOM IN should have their own digital camera.

  6. Transport • Transportation of your child would not be provided by the school. Please make appropriate arrangements.

  7. List of Activities • Mechatronics: Robotics and Engineering Design • Alien Search: Are WE Alone? • Forensic • Scrapbook Making • Multisport • Fun with Art & Crafts • Bollywood Dance • Happy Feat • Swimming Instructors to speak for around two minutes and answer parent questions.
