  5. Abrasion • is the abnormal wearing away of tooth structure that is caused by a repetitive mechanical habit such as improper toothbrushing. • Causes • Incorrect brushing • Professional habits eg electrician or tailor • Chewing tobacco Dr S Chakradhar
