  1. What is Google Cloud? Google Cloud is an important technology development and is embraced by both large and small businesses. The Google cloud is one of the most popular and well-known options. Google's cloud platform provides a reliable and highly scalable infrastructure for developers to build, test, and deploy applications. It cover application, storage and computing services for backend, mobile and web solutions. More than four million applications trust and use the platform. Google try to keep the backend as simple as possible and uses a simple file system. This system is the foundation of the Google Cloud Application Platform. It handles requests for information through basic commands like writing, reading and opening. It is a distributed computer system. The file system includes networks also called clusters. A master server is allocated to each cluster. The system coordinates data requests via these master servers. User actions are translated into data requests when they interact with the cloud and the information they store. Writing or formatting new data or other simpler actions such as displaying a file are part of these data requests. For example, you can take advantage of the Google Cloud API for MS Office to allow multiple people to edit a document simultaneously. You can start saving files to the cloud after installing a plug-in for the MS Office suite. Anyone can then use and edit the cloud copy of the file, which becomes the master document. Google Cloud assign a unique URL to each file. However, the owner or creator of the document must designate someone as a publisher before they can download and start editing the file in MS Office. If someone makes changes to the document, they will be visible to everyone with whom the document is shared. When many people edit the same content, Google Cloud lets the owner or creator of the document select the changes to keep. The Google cloud inserts the metadata into a file when it is uploaded to the service. This helps identify the file and track changes on all copies. As documents are synchronized with the master file, Google Cloud updates all downloaded documents using metadata to update the correct files. Advantages of Google Cloud: ▪Increased productivity is achieved through rapid access to innovation: Google's systems can distribute updates efficiently and provide functionality on a weekly basis or even faster. ▪Less disruption is caused when users adopt a new feature: Rather than large amounts of disruptive changes, Google brings manageable improvements in a continuous stream. ▪Employees Can Work From Anywhere: They can get full access to information across devices anywhere in the world via Google Cloud-managed web apps. ▪Google Cloud enables fast collaboration: Many users can contribute to and access projects at the same time that data is stored in the cloud rather than on their computers. ▪Customers are protected by Google’s Investments in Security: They benefit from Google's investments in physical security and process. Google hires the world's leading security experts. ▪Less Data has to be stored on Vulnerable Devices: Minimal data is stored on computers that can be compromised after a user stops using cloud-based web applications. ▪Customers benefit from increased availability and reliability: If a data center is unavailable for any reason, the system immediately drops back to the secondary center without any downtime being visible to users.

  2. ▪Control and Flexibility Available to Users: They control technology and data and own their data in Google apps. If they decide to stop using the service, they can extract their data from the Google cloud. ▪Google's economies of scale allow customers to spend less: Google minimizes overhead and consolidates a small number of server configurations. It manages them through an effective relationship between people and computers. VisualPath is rated as Best software training institute for Google Cloud Platform Training.
