  4. Youth • Over 10 years of volunteering for communities across Romania; • Partnerships with NGOsfrom: UK, Malta, Greece, Poland, Spain, Germany, Bulgaria, Latvia. • International volunteering: over50 yp sent in intercultural exchanges in EU; • More than 300 foreign volunteers hosted in Romania.

Developed unique and successful local strategies forintegration of gypsy/rroma communities; 8. Developed validated integrity audits for the local public administration;

  7. Education 9. Vocational training for youth on: career development, local history valorization, and applied research (i.e. conducting street polls). 10. Training courses for: a. Teachers: learning architectures, using games as education tools, intercultural communication; b. Unemployed: basic IT, English; c. Public librarians: digital stories, IT for seniors (partnership with Biblionet - IREX Foundation for co-funding).
