Staff Mobility and Training Work plan – inputs • To compare notes with the Systems Department Manager,   • To resolve IT service issues of mutual interest in relation to email, web sites,backups, student/staff issues etc. • To compare notes and work with Javier on data storage, an area we are both currently actively leading a project on. • To compare notes on strategic planning of  IT , in particular with the movement of the CS department to the  new IT Building in the Western road. • To understand and work with people of different cultures, and better understand the needs and expectations of the students there. • To bring back to the Department the benefit of my experience and knowledge gained, and utilise it especially in the move to the IT Building.
