Design/Architect A Simple House • Requirements of House • Two story • 3 bedrooms • 2 ½ baths (1/2 bath is a toilet/sink only for guests) • Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room • Closets in Each Bedroom • Entry Closet • Revit design should include • Use of Residential Template from web site • All internal/external wall measurements • Windows and doors as appropriate • Label all rooms • Stairs to second floor • Roof • Hand in 3 sheets of paper: • First floor plan • Second floor plan • 3D view of house with your name on roof

  3. Grading • Met all design criteria (30%) • All annotations and labeling correct (30%) • Stairs (10%) • Walls are correct height (10%) • Roof placed properly (10%) • Neatness and readability of plan (10%)
