  4. 家庭肠内营养 • 准备工作 • 病人及护理人员培训 • 喂养管位置、输注过程、配方、管道维护等 • 支持小组提供指导与咨询

  6. 家庭肠外营养 • 适应证 • 严重短肠综合征 • 严重Crohn’s病 • 慢性放射性肠炎 • 肠道动力性疾病 • 先天性肠道疾病 • 广泛术后肠梗阻，不能通过手术解除 • 胃肠道瘘，行择期手术 • 肿瘤原因引起多发性肠梗阻，行择期手术 • 吸收不良和/或腹泻

  7. 家庭肠外营养 • 禁忌证 • 已证明或估计有不可治愈的晚期疾病 • 需要住院治疗 • 病人、家庭、护理人员不能掌握HPN有关技术和实施步骤
