  3. Redistribution Products • Map and Geography Products in regards to 85 Electoral Districts that will in effect April 14th, 2009 • Products that will be on elections.bc.ca showing ED boundaries on December 5, 2008 • Provincial map • Selected Urban Areas map • Location Index

  4. Voting Areas • Will be Gazetted on Dec. 18, 2008 • Products showing Voting Areas • Shape files • Complete province • By ED • Table of Concordance • ED-VA Maps

  5. Formats • DVD’s will be sent to each party • Maps – pdf • Table of Concordance – xls • Shape Files • Aligned to EBC’s geographic base • Accuracy… • Printed maps will be available for purchase

  6. Street Index • List of street ranges with ED-VA assignments • Contains some data protected under IP • Will require attestation that the SI will only be used for electoral purposes • Upon request

  7. Voters List – 85 ED’s • Scheduled to be made available on February26 • Will not be provided to MLA’s • Updates • Federal General Election • Minimal updates applied from Feb. Mail Enumeration
