  3. Bicameral runner- ship that sails into & out of a blockade area Burgesses – elected representatives to an assembly B’s Bicameral - consisting of chambers especially in a legislature

  4. Civil war – conflict between opposing groups of citizens of the same country Cash crop – farm crop raise to be sold for money C Constitution - a formal plan of government

  5. Depression – a period of low economic activity & widespread Drought - a long period of time with no rainfall D Debtor – person or country that owes money
