Positive Qualities • He is able to build cooperative relationships with others around him even if he do not necessarily like them. • There is saying”It is better to light a single candle than it is to curse the darkness." Be that light. When he see controversy, he try to be the one who changes the subject by suggesting a solution. He don't state what you would do, but ask everyone to get involved.

  4. He is very supporting and creates a friendly atmosphere around him. • His several years of experince makes him a good teacher. • In these few months of my journey in HVET I remember during the beginning days I used to face difficulties in handling such a huge numbers of students.As I am new to this system, often I face difficulty,at that time he always supports like a friend.he is very generous and kind.which makes him a best leader.he carries all thequalities of a perfect leader .
