They should have their freedom in building solutions but needs to be managed to keep track. Harnessing the potentials of the entrepreneurial em ployee An entrepreneurial em ployee is generally view ed as the pow erhouse of an organization. These type of em ployees, pursue innovation aggressively. O ften they are lauded and rew arded for their successful ventures. It is true that encouraging their efforts w ould certainly fuel the grow th of the organization in m ulti- folds. By unleashing their thought process, businesses can prosper im m ensely. How ever, the w ord of caution is that entrepreneurial em ployees are also the Achilles’ heel of the organization. As it is their character to innovate and venture in to new arenas, they could also becom e a serious threat to the business if left unchecked.
