He currently works in commercial real estate, and serves as the President and Co-Founder of BOSC Realty Advisors, which is a company that acquires and develops commercial real estate. He also founded CarChoice Automotive Superstores in 1995, and was able to grow the business in order to sell it in 1998. Waad Nadhir is a business owner and entrepreneur who has experience starting, growing, and selling his businesses as they become more successful.Waad Nadhir is an entrepreneur and business owner that understands success, and knows what it takes to achieve growth in any industry.

In 1992, he acquired the Brea Plaza Shopping Center, which he has since renovated twice in order to update for customers and clients in the area. The last renovation was a major project, and the company spent 40 million dollars in order to provide the right atmosphere that would appeal to clientele. Waad Nadhir works hard in order to be innovative, to expand his businesses to new locations, and to anticipate the changes in customer needs. He has successfully grown and sold many of the companies he’s founded throughout his career.

He became Vice Chairman of AutoNation in 1998.
