  2. Initial findings….. • Not easy • Emotional • Strong desire to do this • Needs careful positioning with individuals (potential negative connotations) • Tactical assignments need to be easy to unwind • Definite benefits to be had

Some quick win ideas….. • SE skills swap between channel and Finance • CAM running sector specific initiatives • Internal within operation – refocusing on must wins / big deals • Exec/SE/CAM coverage shared based on location  – reduce travel • Need to ensure continuity/preservation of existing relationships • Channel RSM reviewing channel services strategy

  4. Next steps….. • Drive from the top to re-inforce we are taking this seriously • Alignment with HR • Document job swaps (even short term or informal) – HR? • Communicate to field – PS Blog, iLife? • Engage IBSG to create “flexible working” story / develop our approach
