  2. INTRODUCTION I have decided to start a new buisness in Melbourne. I have decided to make and sell Samosas which is very famouse Indian snack. I have observed that there is no Indian snack shop in melebourne.

  4. Product • One of the most popular snack in indian culture. • Can be made with lot of variations and innovations.

  5. Reason The presence of large asian community will welcome it. It’s a very new and innovative product in relation to australian community which might be a positive for product.

  6. Industry standards The people running same business in my hometown were consulted Proper quality standards maintained Proper safety measures were taken.

  7. The raw materials used in making of product are of superior quality. Proper cleanliness and hygeine is maintained.

  8. Business plan Initially the business was started on small scale. On increase the connections and networks were used to expand the business in market.

  10. Opportunities The youth in colleges are very fond of new and innovative things. The large number of asian students present in colleges will love the product.

  11. Advantages Our team will provide excellent work rate. We are new in business so we will give 110% for business to be successful.

  12. Customer factor Our business is very keen on having good relationship with the customers Regular suggestions and feedback of customer is taken into account to help improve and expand the business.

  13. Profit sharing The profit will be shared with partners justly and honestly. We propose to share 50% of the profit with the partners.
