  2. Russell Hackett Nearly three years ago, You took me under your wing. I didn’t think it could be so, Because I didn’t know a thing. You showed me the way. Made certain to implore, In all I do and say, That I must remain strong, completely mature. Although I kept in mind your needs, Some days were just very tough. I simply tried to keep you out of the weeds. I just hope it was enough. Moving too fast, Time is merely a measure. I know we had a blast. It was a most extreme pleasure. Thank you, Kristen. There can be no mistake, That my eyes, they are mistin’, While I still hope this news is somehow fake. However, for your next endeavor, I wish you the best of luck. I have had quite a few managers in my career at Aetna and you are one of the strongest and most supportive managers I have had the good fortune to work with here.  I have learned so much from you this past year and have truly appreciated all of your guidance and patience with me.  I wish you the best and I hope we will continue to be able to work together.
