Indico Issues • Interface not forgiving (hard to go back) • Data flow not always linear • e.g. date/time getting reset between forms • Lack of flexibility • e.g. “bi-weekly bookings”, bookings starting in the past • Repetitive work • e.g. selecting same room every time • Lack of integration with the rest of Indico Applications improvements follow-up /Indico’s Room Booking Module & BurotelP.Ferreira /IT Burotel • Requests for greater customization • Still extensive overlap between two systems • Need for greater flexibility in Indico • Part of the development project • Need for a custom-tailored simplified interface • Provided within same timeline SPOB March 18

  20. Works status report – B168 • Old pipes, networks and electrical panels are removed. • The wooden partitions will be dismantled to accommodate the new structure. • Completion of the panel and roof assembly scheduled for the end of April 18. SPOB March 18
