  2. Overview • Capital plan includes HVAC upgrade, masonry restoration, roof restorations, and parking lot improvements • Plan is updated to incorporate these high priority larger needs with continuous improvement needs

  3. Key Capital Improvement Projects • HVAC Upgrades: 2013-2015 complete Southwest, Halverson, and Lakeview • Masonry/Exterior Restoration: 2013-2015 Southwest, Halverson and Hawthorne • Roof Restorations: 2016 Halverson, Sibley and Southwest completing roof repair cycle • Parking lot reconstruction and seal coats to start this summer across district until 2023

  4. Health and Safety Plan • Annual health and safety budgets designed for levy stability • Asbestos abatement increases 13 & 14 for HVAC Projects • Bleacher review by engineer condemned hammer bleachers on each side of home & Brookside gym • A portion of the health and safety coordinator’s salary and benefits continue to be eligible
