  4. How to Finish Courses OT 054A • Complete Lessons 1-20 20% • Complete 2 timings for each chapter with 4 or less errors • Be observed (after Lesson 10 and again after Lesson 20*) 20% • Objective test (study guides) 20% • Attendance is mandatory! 10%

  5. OT 054A • 3-2 minute timings (Lessons 18, 19, 20) with less than 4 errors • WPM 30% 28+ = A 23-27 =B 18-22 =C 13-17 =D

GRADINGOT 054B • Daily work and production documents 20% • Production Test—Word Processing 20% (At the completion of the 55thlesson you will be asked to produce documents which will be graded for format, errors, and the time it took to complete) Business letter, academic report, memo, table • Timings (3 minute) — 3 required 20% • (3 errors or less allowed on each timing) • 40+ = A • 35-31 = B • 30-23 = C • 22-19 = D

  7. Grading OT 054 B • Instructor Observation on Technique 10% •  Objective Test 20% • (Study the Review Sheet for Objective Test) • 68-75 90% = A • 60-67 80% = B • 53-59 70% = C • 45-52 60% = D • Attendance is mandatory for class 10%
