  3. What is remote work? Remote work is a working style that allows professionals to work outside of a traditional office environment. It is based on the concept that work does not need to be done in a specific place to be executed successfully. Since this is becoming mainstream, you can take your job on the “road” with you while getting support from your employer. Remote work enables us to build connections that last a lifetime.

Implementing a FormalizedRemote Work Program Key factors to consider in the implementation of a remote work arrangement: • Identify the needs of the various job profiles within the organization; • Determine hardware needs to support remote work; • Determine the software needs to support remote work; • Consider IT support mechanisms; • Ensure data security; • Establish an exit strategy for remote workers. With careful planning an organization can confidently embrace the remote work movement.
