  2. Applying For CSU • You can apply for CSU via e-mail or mail. If you are entering as a freshman you must also send SAT/ACT test scores. Lower division transfers need SAT/ACT scores, high school transcript & transcripts from any previous college attended. Upper divisions simply need transcripts from any previous college attended.

  3. Housing • Students are able to live in the university village which is considered “on campus living” because the only university owned-complex. If students choose to live off campus the university provides a variety of resources to make the process of finding apartments/roommates much easier.

  4. How To Apply For Financial Aid • At CSU there are a number of resources available for financial aid. It available with very low interest payment plans allowing the student time to pay it off. All you need to be eligible for financial aid is to be a U.S. citizen, be admitted to a degree or credential at CSU, & have a high school diploma or something of the same equivalent.

  5. Campus Life • There are always on going events at CSU & in Chico. Students can get involved in different clubs & organizations that can be both fun & a great way of meeting new people. Students can get involved in the drug & alcohol awareness programs, sharing preventative & safety information.

  6. Campus Life Cont. • There are also a number of fraternities & sororities that students can join. Where students can begin friendships that can last a lifetime.
