  5. Self Reflection Answer the following questions as honestly as possible. No one will see your responses and you do not have to turn them in to the teacher. Directions: Think about your own thoughts and actions with respect to prejudice and unfairness. Rate yourself using the scale below and then answer the questions that follow each item.1 = I almost never do this 2= I sometimes do this 3= I often do this 4= I always do this
