  2. CIRCULATION Your pool's circulatory system has two sections, the suction side and the pressure side. The suction side is where water is sucked towards the pump. From the pump, the pressure pushes the water through a filter and eventually back to the pool through returns.

  3. CLEANING While the circulation system will take care of a good bit of cleaning, your pool also some human Input. The three main things you will need to do yourself are skimming, vacuuming, and brushing.

  4. CHEMICALS Test water at least every other day. The goal is to keep the pH close to 7 and the chlorine at 1 to 3 ppm. Other chemical levels also need to be maintained. Use a testing kit and follow the directions carefully.
