  2. Present Active • Happens now; best translation : verbs, is/am/are verbing, does/do verb • Endings • O = I mus = we • S = you tis = you pl • T = he, she, it nt = they • With a active verb, the subject ( implied or a nominative word) does the verb.

  3. Present Passive • Happens now • With a passive verb, the subject does not do the verb. Instead the verb happens to the subject. The person/thing doing the verb is ablative. • R = I am ____edmur we are ___ed • Ris = you are ---ed mini you all are ---ed • Tur= he, she, it ntur they are –ed • is ---ed
