  6. How does Eric Carle make his pictures ? http://www.eric-carle.com/ His pictures are like collages. He starts by painting lots of plain tissue paper with different colors. Then when he wants to make a picture, he cuts different shapes out of the painted tissue paper and glues it all together.

  7. What will you be doing? • pick two personality traits about yourself • make a list of animals that you feel represents those character traits. • draw the animals on practice paper • mix and match to make your own animal • write a story about your made up animal.
