Agreement to Terms • You must enter your password to show that you agree to the “Terms of Service”. • Trial Orders: You must cancel prior to the end of your free trial offer to avoid charges to your payment method. • iBoomerang Customers: You must cancel your service prior to your next billing date to avoid charges to your payment method. • This is a month to month account. You can upgrade, downgrade, suspend, or cancel your account at anytime. To process any billing changes to your account, you have to login to your iBoomerang Back Office and go to the “Payment and Billing” section. • All setup fees are non-refundable • For all billing questions please call the Accounting Dept. at (888) 370-3609 ext. 310.

  11. Setup and Training • Once you are finished with your order someone in the support department will begin to setup your account. You will need to check your email for a welcome letter. This email will have all the information that you need included in it. • You will need to download the Web Conference Tool. • Login to your iBoomerang Back Office to see your Template Tool, Business Responder, and Volume Marketing Tool. • Bookmark all the web pages for easy access. • If you have the Lead Parser Tool, please go into your iBoomerang Back Office and follow the directions to link it to your Template Tool and/or the Contact Management Tool. • For all training, please view the training calendar or review the recorded trainings on iBoomerang’s website.
