Scope of Industry-Focused Training ■ Our expertise is in providing business with practical training that will effectively upskill and uplift employees. ■ Our Learner Management System ensures all documentation, record keeping and reporting of learner progress and achievement is up-to-date and on-hand for you to see at any time. ■ We assess learners and implement Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) to give credit for skills knowledge and experience gained through their working careers. ■ We adapt our training to suit your operational needs. ■ We schedule our training to suit your production and trading schedules

Purpose of Mentorship Programmes Mentorships are an ideal opportunity for companies to upskill loyal, hard working and potential filled employees who do not qualify for learnerships due too the entry requirements These barriers are due too various reasons, but most often caused by inequalities of our past Amended construction sector codes have a skills development requirement for mentorships Assists in creating career progression for protégés

Training Force Method • Meeting Requirements of BBBEE through effective upliftment • The most important part of the mentorship program is the Protégé, this program must be aimed at helping them grow in the construction space • Any mentorship must be inline with section 2 of Annexe CSC 300 (C) as set out in the Government Gazette issues 1 December 2017 Training with Heart. Training with Purpose. 2.1 Each Measured Entity must have one person in the business who is responsible and accountable for mentoring, called the mentor champion. In a larger business, this may be the chairman of a committee set up to manage a mentor program. Training Force removes this administrative load from our clients by supplying accredited assessors and moderators as mentor champions too effectively identify shortcomings and provide suitable relevant advice, as well as effectively collect evidence for protégé portfolios Clients are though still required too provide mentors for the protégé for the program

The objectives and desired outcomes of the program Training Force makes use of fully accredited learnerships as the backbone to our mentorship Programs. This provides clear objectives and outcomes too the program through the provision of high quality reference material used within the program

The structure of the program • Program is structured as follows: • Training Force Mentor Champion to be on site with protégés 1 day per week for a duration of 40 weeks • The Client to provide appointed Mentor whom will be on site with the protégés for a period of 40 weeks • Mentor and Mentor Champion to complete logbooks with protégés on a continuous basis to support protégés development • protégés to be provided with learning guides, covering the full plumbing program as reference guide during and after Mentorship program by Training Force • Training Force to provide full logbooks covering all learning areas • Attendance registers to be kept of each Mentor Champion intervention • Portfolio of Evidence to be supplied by Training Force

Training with Purpose. 2.3.3 Methods on how the protégés and mentors will be selected and matched • The Client to supply on Company Letterhead confirmation of methods used to select and match Protégés and Mentor • The Client to provide CV’s and Previous Certificates applicable of protégés and Mentor • Training Force to provide CV’s and Previous Certificates applicable of Mentor Champion

The time frames for the implementation of the program. • Time frame of the program is 40 contact sessions preferably run as one day per week, this allows for maximum knowledge transfer and time to complete logbooks, as well as time for the protégés to develop questions, interest and build problem solving skills

Training with Purpose. • Portfolios are too contain the following information according to legal requirements as set out within the construction charter • All learnership related learning material, this gives learner a valuable reference guide for knowledge, problem solving and understanding. Although this not include any assessments • Mentor Champion to provide detailed monthly reports on overall progress of protégés to Training Force and The Client • Mentor Champion to provide details of each intervention including but not limited to details of time, location and duration of interventions, topics discussed, advice and guidance given as well as progress review on required development outcomes

  14. Training Force Method Mentorship Portfolio of Evidence Training with Heart. Training with Purpose. • Mentor Champion Reports must include any training provided to support protégés development • Development plan for protégés containing the Mentorship program • Mentor Champion to provide a detailed completion report at the end of 40 weeks in addition to monthly reports, containing full details of protégés development, including learning completed as referenced in logbooks • The Client to align this final report to individual development plan of protégés • Detailed Logbooks

Showing quality in outcomes, and feedback from learners indicated they this program has helped them grow in their place of work and career.
