  1. Short Story #3: How does an object from your life symbolize who you are? For this story you will create a poster: It will feature your symbol in the middle with your theme statement, and have your story written around the outside. You will receive 20 marks for the story (as usual) and 10 marks for the art of your poster. All posters should be colored, finelined, and as neat as possible. See the example below. Guide: Choose an object from your life that has special significance to you. Turn this object into a symbol: Have this object represent something else, like an idea or feeling. What is your object?: Make sure that this story has a theme Write your theme here: This story must be written in the First Person POV! Use I, me, or we to describe the thoughts feelings and actions of the protagonist. You must do a plot chart for this story. After you have plotted your story, you are ready to begin writing. Make sure before you begin that I have approved your plot chart. DUE: FEBRUARY 21, AT THE END OF CLASS.
