Why a “Code of conduct” ? “ CAPIEL members’ companies are committed to the sustainable development of their customers and more globally their markets and the planet ……” • Members came to the conclusion that it would be useful for all to formalize what is being shared by companies members of CAPIEL in a reference document named “Code of Conduct” • These principles are there to guide companies to “Driving their Business in a sustainable way” and promoteEuropean industry leadership and values

  3. Objectives • Facilitate market comprehension through common language and vocabulary • Become a high level well known referential for markets stakeholders • Be a market mobilization tool on quality, sustainability and performance

  4. Content • A business leaders’ message to be taken over • 5 key ethics commitments • 3 fundamental environmental drivers • 6 commercial fields of excellence
