Well, anything is possible. First, understand that you are a special student because you are going to music school knowing already what you want to do with your life. So, it is expected that you remain focused than other students who take different courses like a business. Here are 2 survival tactics you can apply in your first year of learning music. 1. Do not overlook what your professor tells you

  2. There are many reasons you choose a particular music school in New York and one of them could be that you like the teaching staff and their methods of training. Professors are far much better than you and possess the knowledge you never thought existed. Proficient educators know how to make students achieve good results. These people have seen lots of musicians, good and bad, and you are nothing new to them. Some students, unfortunately, because of peer pressure, do not finish their music course because they neglect what their teachers say. They disagree with professors and listen to misleading people. Eventually, they become the losers and the professors’ lives go on as usual. 2. Make a definite routine

  3. There’s so much to expect in terms of the 2. Make a definite routine opportunities that your music college offers. You will be overwhelmed by the scope of chances and training that is available. You need a routine the will enable you to make most out of these chances. Take advantage of every opportunity and you will have so much to gain. Since your music classes in Brooklyn programmed, you cannot simply jump from one schedule to the next. You thus need to manage your personal life to build what you learn methodically. A formal routine at college will do you good and have you committed thereby improving your chances of success. It doesn’t mean that you over-commit yourself. Have some time for socialization because you will need it as an artist.  Good routine guides you on the time you wake up, when to study, when to sleep, and time for socializing. are already If you want to be on the right side, always listen to what the professors say and do as they ask. Then emphasize on practicing music and play with as many individuals as possible. You may be talented but if you don’t practice, you will not get better. If you feel exhausted at some point, take time to relax and reduce your anxiety. In other words, be in control of your program.
