Will Heikkinen - Organizational Skills

1. Will Heikkinen - Organizational Skills Will Heikkinen is a student at The College of William and Mary, where he is studying for his Bachelor’s degree in Government while minoring in Hispanic Studies. He has already demonstrated a great aptitude for organizing large-scale projects that should serve him well in whatever he chooses to do in his later career. While he was still a high school student, Heikkinen organized a 7 vs 7 football tournament that saw involvement from thirty different high schools.

2. Will Heikkinen - English Teacher Will Heikkinen has already developed an array of teaching skills, despite the fact that he is still studying for his degree. During his time in Spain, he taught English to Spanish schoolchildren, working through a company called Canterbury English. He also taught when he was at Andover High School, acting as an English Tutor for ESL students at the Frost School of Lawrence. He is a capable linguist who is able to speak three languages to a high degree of proficiency. Before he started studying at The College of William and Mary, where he aims to earn his degree in Government, Will Heikkinen spent a year in Spain. He studied at Nebrija University, learning an enormous amount about the local language and culture in the process. .

3. Will Heikkinen - Strong Work Ethic Will Heikkinen has always had a strong work ethic, which benefitted him during his high school football career, leading to him being named an All-State Wide Receiver for the Andover High School football team, which he also captained, for two years running. During this time, he also worked in the Distribution Center of Market Basket in Tewkesbury, Massachusetts, where he was responsible for filling out large orders for the store. He did all this while also maintaining a 3.8 Grade Point Average.

4. Will Heikkinen - High School Football Before he started studying at The College of William and Mary, Will Heikkinen was a talented athlete who lettered in football, basketball and track while studying at Andover High School. He was made the captain of the school’s football team and was named an All-Massachusetts wide receiver for two years running. When he is not busy with his studies at The College of William and Mary, where he hopes to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Government while minoring in Hispanic Studies, Will Heikkinen likes to give back to his local community by participating in as much volunteer work as he can. He is a dedicated volunteer for Lazarus House Ministries Inc., through whom he hopes to do what he can to help America’s working poor enjoy better lives.
