  4. THE PERSON DISCOVERING A FIRE MUST: 1. Shout “ FIRE, FIRE, FIRE” and pull the alarm. 2. Phone the 911 Emergency Service or local Fire Department and state the exact location of the fire. Level Three 406.01b OHP #4
