  4. Class Guidelines • Safe and sanitary practices in the kitchen • Use all equipment as directed • Be respectful of teacher and classmates • Practice good judgment and responsibility

  5. Notebook • Folder with pockets (or small (1/2") 3 ring binder) • allclass hand-outs • returned assignments • class notes

  6. Classwork • Daily participation • FCS folder, calculator, pen and pencil • Complete assignments and projects • Absent • Ask classmates • See teacher • Check website
