  3. ALL SERVICES $40 OR MORE ARE SERVED Wine & Unwind does have a 24 hour cancelation policy, 48 hours for designated holiday dates. We do require either a Gift Certificate or valid credit card to be on file to reserve an appointment.

COMPLIMENTARY BEVERAGE OF CHOICE WINE / BEER / NON-ALCOHOL Nothing will be charged to the card on file unless not showing up or canceling within the given amount of time.At that point, there is a 50% late cancelation / no show fee plus 20% gratuity to cover the therapist for the missed appointment time.

If possible, please fill out the appropriate intake form for your services before you arrive to assure your appointments begin on time, and you get the full time of your paid services. If you are running late, you will be provided service for the rest of the scheduled time at full price. There are no exceptions.All massages are booked by hands-on massage time.After your services, you can enjoy your beverage of choice in the lounge.All massages are booked with an extra 15 minutes to accommodate consultation/dress time.

  6. Our certified massage therapists in Virginia Beach, VA, are very knowledgeable and carry certifications from the Board of Nursing.
