  4. What herbs are safe? • Herbs that are used in cooking. (Ex. Garlic, rosemary) • Herbs that are found in teas.(chamomile) • Herbs that are used topically. (Aloe)

  5. What herbs are dangerous? • All herbs taken in pill form should be approved by your doctor. • You should ask your pharmacist about drug interactions. • Ephedria has been linked to serious side effects.
