I think we could all use some immunity strengthening magic right about now. This recipe is really easy to make and you can substitute the adaptogens to fit your needs or to fit what you have on hand in your kitchen.  Let’s talk for a minute about functional mushrooms. Functional mushrooms have this amazing ability to help the body respond to stressors. Superfoods like functional mushrooms and adaptogenic herbs have been used for centuries as healing tools in Eastern medicine. While it can be debated whether these adaptogenic herbs actually work, I know from my own experience that I feel amazing when including these supplements into my routine. And I never get sick! SERVINGS 1    1x 2x 3x INGREDIENTS 3 tbsp chia seeds 3/4 cup oat milk (or milk of choice) 1 tsp mushroom blend (I used foursigmatic) 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 blood orange, chopped 1 tbsp bee pollen stevia/monkfruit INSTRUCTIONS   1. Mix chia seeds, milk, mushroom powder, cinnamon and sweetener if using in a mason jar and store in the fridge overnight. 2. Once chilled and gelled, top with blood orange and bee pollen. 3. Enjoy!
