Expected outcomes of the programme • To increase knowledge around the issues of transparency in land administration and share experiences within and outside the region • To gain skills in how these issues may be tackled • To stimulate thinking on specific actions that can be taken • To draw lessons for the next courses

  3. Approach • Bring together ‘upstream change agents’ from different disciplines including civil servants, local government leaders, civil society leaders, and academia. • Use a case study method and problem-solving to explore realistic examples throughout the 3-day programme. • Provide input from multi-disciplinary expertise of ITC and UN-HABITAT staff through a number of different sessions. • Facilitate throughout the programme.
