  2. Accessing the CCM User Page • Access the CCM User page by going to http://ccm/ccmuser/ • There will be an error screen (as follows), just click on the “Continue to this Website (not recommended)” link.

  3. Logging in to the CCM User Page • User Name: Web Advisor ID (first initial, last initial, 5 previously assigned numbers – e.g. John Doe jd84923) • Password: Network or Email password • NOTE: If you do not know your Web Advisor ID, call the Help Desk and they can look it up for you.

  4. Selecting the Device • When you reach the CCM User Home Page, click on the “User Options” pull down menu located in the upper left corner. From the pull down menu, select “Device.”

  5. Selecting the Device • The first time you log in, you will see the Find and List Device screen. Make sure that “Name” and “Begins With” is selected next to “Find Device Where.” In the blank box, type your last name and click on “Find.”

  6. Selecting the Device • A list of devices matching the criteria selected will appear. Click on the device name at the far left side of the screen to select that device.

  8. Device Information Screen • Click on the “Speed Dials” icon from either the top or bottom tool bar.

  9. Setting Up Abbreviated Dials • This will take you to the abbreviated dial main set up page.

  10. Setting Up Abbreviated Dials • Enter the phone number for that abbreviated dial number and the label or name. The ASCII Label will default to the label that is entered. • IMPORTANT: When entering an outside or non-district number, the format must be 9 + 1 + area code + number (e.g. 917145551212). When entering an internal extension, the five digit extension can be used (e.g. 07427).

  11. Setting Up Abbreviated Dials • Once all of the abbreviated dial numbers have been entered, click the “Save” icon in the upper left corner.

  12. Completing the Abbreviated Dial Set Up • After saving the changes on the CCM User page, click on the “Reset” Icon in the upper left corner. This will bring up the reset dialog box. • Click on the “Reset” icon in the lower left corner. “Resetting” will appear on the LCD screen of the phone, then the phone will reboot and reconfigure. Once the reset process is complete, click on the “Close” icon on the lower left side of the bottom tool bar to close the dialog box. NOTE:The abbreviated dials will not appear on the phone until the reset process is completed.

  13. Completing the Abbreviated Dial Set Up • The abbreviated dial set up is complete. Click “Logout” located in the upper right corner to log out of the CCM User page.

  14. Using Abbreviated Dials • Dial the abbreviate number that you would like to call (1 – 99). NOTE: Do not pick up the hand set or press the speaker phone button. • The third soft key from the left will change to “Abbr Dial.” Press the Abbr Dial soft key to place the call. Then either pick up the hand set or press the speaker phone button. The call will be placed on the primary line. • To end the call either press the “End Call” soft key or hang up the hand set.
