  2. Members and guests were greeted with hospitality and appetizers before the event.

  3. The podium was set for the incoming Bridge Officers and Special Awards. Members relaxed and discussed upcoming plans for the boating season.

  4. When avid boaters get together, there is always something to talk about. The HSPS 2014-15 Roster & Handbook was distributed to all attendees.

  5. Outbound Commander Barb Weigand welcomed everyone and introduced special guests.

  6. P/D/C Charlie Hamm was presented a special award by P/C Mark Winzenread.

  7. Cdr. Barb Weigand presented Jason Settles with the Communication Award for his work the HSPS website. Senior Member Plaques (5 yrs) were award while Damon Davis received a Senior Member Certificate (20 yrs).

  8. The Blunder Mug was awarded to Bob Beall for his jib rigging adventure. District 24 D/C David Robinson, JN, was presented with a compass paperweight by the Squadron.

  9. Cdr. Barb Weigand delivered the Outgoing Commander’s Message. D/C David Robinson, JN, (right) delivered the District Commander’s Message and swore in new HSPS Commander Jim Duncan (left).

  10. D/C David Robinson, JN, swore in HSPS Bridge Officers (Alan Hyde, Cherie Sinkovic, Holly Settles, and Nancy Beall. New Cdr. Jim Duncan presented thank you gifts to P/C Barb Weigand on behalf of the entire Squadron.

  11. New Cdr. Jim Duncan delivered the New Commander’s Message to the membership.

  12. Flag Officer P/C/D Guy Waddy, JN, posted the colors for incoming Commander Jim Duncan. P/C Mark Winzenread presents outgoing Commander Barb Weigand with the Junior P/C pin.

  13. Special Thanks to: P/C Barb Weigandand all members who helped organize this event. The Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel for their hospitality.
