ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK DEPOSITORY LIBRARY PROGRAM • The ADB Depository Library Program, which was begun in January 1994, • increases public interest in ADB's activities • allows for wider dissemination of information • ADB Depository Program started with 40 libraries around the world, and now they have 150. • The program is a worldwide collection of libraries that receive about 300 documents each year from ADB, free of charge • The Depository Library Program lets the ADB get their information into the community and into the hands of those who want to know more about what the ADB do.

  8. ABD’S DEPOSITORY LIBRARY IS LAUNCHED ADB’s depository collection was launched at the Khazar University Library Information Center in July 12, 2005. Mission of the Khazar University Library as ADB’s Depository Library is provide documentation and data to public users to aid in their decision making. Information is available from Khazar University web site www.khazar.org

  9. WHO CAN USE THE ADB’s DEPOSITORY LIBRARY The ADB’s Depository Library is open to the Khazar University students, faculty, and public. The ADB’s Depository Library is located at the Khazar University LIC Reference Hall. The publications are displayed in open access area.

  11. WHAT SERVICES ARE OFFERED? The Library Information Center's services include access to: Asian Development Bank project documents, reports, and publications. Development and research sites on the Internet. Special collection of CDs and videotapes on development. Development-related publications by international institutions, governments, and NGOs. An extensive cataloguing system (Follett) that allows users to see the collection from any workstations within University
