  1. Marsipan rósÖrkennsluverkefni Þetta verkefni er unnið í upplýsingatækni og skólastarf haustið 2004. Þetta örkennsluverkefni fjallar um hvernig á að búa til marsipan rós Þórey Gunnarsdóttir

  2. Efni og áhöld • Það þarf marsipan, grænt og bleikt • Plastvasa (eða eldhúsfilmu) • Hreint borð og að sjálfsögðu .. • Gott skap

  3. Byrjun • Þú tekur sneið af bleika marsípaninu, setur hana inn í plastvasann og leggur fingur ofan á hana til að fletja hana út.

  4. Rósablöð • Síðan tekur þú kringlóttu kökuna úr plastvasanum og setur til hliðar á meðan þú endutekur þennan hluta nokkrum sinnum.

  5. Miðja á rós • Tekur þú einn hring og rúllar honum upp það er miðjan á rósinni.

  6. Festa saman rós • Næst tekur þú hringina og festir saman koll af kolli þangað til rósin myndast.

  7. Laufblöð • Síðast útbýrð þú laufblöð úr græna marsipaninu.

  8. Rósin tilbúin • Nú ætti rósin að vera tilbúin ofan á afmæliskökuna eða fermingatertuna.
