  7. Why was it promoted ? • There’s bonus to the autonomy, which accepted it. -many provinces worry about depopulation • It doesn't exhaust carbon dioxide. -global warming prevention(but for it’s poisonous) Let's correctly understand nuclear power, and spend the bountiful life.
