  4. Parent Communication • ePortal enables Teachers to have easy access to information in a school’s MIS • Parental access to their child’s information • ePortal for Facility CMIS users • Learning Gateway for SIMS.net users

  5. Parental access • Child’s data • Any documents attached to their child’s record via Document Storage functionality • e.g. End of year reports

  6. Parental Communications • Groupcall SMS Text and Voice Messaging Service • Integrates and reads pupil & attendance information directly from CMIS & SIMS.net • Attendance issues • General parental communications • Free Trial for Birmingham Schools

  7. School Self Evaluation • SIMS.net users – reports available • Facility CMIS users – School Self Review • Not just a tool for SEF • Other reviews e.g. • Teaching & Learning • ICT
