  4. Origins • Started 36 years ago in 1975. • Original name was Gospel Swamp Realtors. • It was founded in Huntington Beach. • Huntington beach was nicknamed Gospel Swamp hundreds of years ago.

  5. Origins cont. • One of the largest companies in Huntington beach. • They had well over 80 agents. • Decided to branch out in early 80’s to central CA.

  6. Services • Selling Real Estate and Home Loans • Help Buyers and Sellers • Discount their own commission to help sellers • Not many realtors discount their commissions

  7. New Facility • In Process of Moving into their new office.
