  3. General overview • Cooperation with the National Assembly of Disabled of Ukraine • There are over 3 000 000 people with limited abilities in Ukraine • Among the largest categories there are people with limited speech and hearing abilities • Their basic communication need is SMS and WAP

  4. life:) cares! • In August, 2007 life:) launched a special tariff plan for people with limited abilities and their families • The main advantage of the offer is 1000 SMS and 1MB of WAP • Communication among subscribers of the tariff plan is FREE OF CHARGE • Subscriber fee is only 10 UAH per month • The tariff plan is disseminated ONLY through the National Assembly of Disabled of Ukraine
