  5. What is E.I.P.? Early Intervention Program • To serve students who might be at risk of not reaching or maintaining academic grade level • Provide additional instructional resources to help students reach grade level performance in a short amount of time • Designed so that students may enter/exit as determined by their progress in the classroom and monitored scores E.I.P. is not I.E.P.
