The Process We Follow Step 1: Ensure protocol compliance and traceability (NDSML) Step 2: Define scope of reports and extracts for EDW and CDR (NDSML) Step 3: Prioritize reports and extracts (EDS Releases) Step 4: Develop business requirements for each report or extract (Requirements template) Step 5: Develop report or extract Step 6: Review with business for comments Step 7: Post to Nodal Readiness Center for MP review Step 8: Revise as needed to support comments, changes in source systems, and data availability http://nodal.ercot.com 5
