  3. Topic 1 • Create Student ID cards Cafeteria Demo

  4. ID Cards After opening the student database click on Student/Create ID Cards. Cafeteria Demo

  5. Select Group or Students Select by Group… Under “Select Group To Print” click “All Grade Levels” to create ID cards for all students or unselect “All Grade Levels” and check which grade level to create ID cards. OR Under “Select Students To Print”… check Individual Student to create one or more cards. Cafeteria Demo

  6. Print Preview After making your selection, if you are creating ID cards by grade level click “Group Print” If you are creating ID cards by Students click “Student Print” to preview the page or pages to print. Cafeteria Demo

  7. Select Printer The printer settings window opens. Choose your printer and other printer options. Cards are formatted to fit Avery 2” X 3” Business Cards. Click OK. ID Cards begin printing. Cafeteria Demo

  9. Statements Click on Billing/ Statements. Cafeteria Demo

  10. Select Group or Students Select by Group… Under “Select Group To Print” click “All Grade Levels” to create statements for all students or unselect “All Grade Levels” and check which grade level to create statements. OR Under “Select Students To Print”… check Individual Student to create one or more statements. Cafeteria Demo
